Your role
It is an exciting time to join our business as we continue along our journey of ongoing expansion, change, and transformation. We are currently searching for a dynamic and flexible Accounts Office - AP to join our Shared Services team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Shared Services Team Lead, the Accounts Officer will be responsible for end to end processing and reconciliation of key suppliers to ensure transactions are managed in an efficient and effective manner.

**Responsibilities**:
Processing of invoices and EDU invoice upload process
Preparing Accounts Payable cash flow forecast
Vendor Master Data change/create process
Payment run preparation
Ad Hoc reporting
Managing inboxes

Your skills & experience
Previous experience working predominantly within the Accounts Payable space, with the flexibility to work in Accounts Receivables as well
Qualification in Finance (Diploma, Degree)
Competent using SAP or other large ERP systems
Experience with ReadSoft or OCR would be advantageous
Exposure to a Shared Services environment
High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
