**Job Details**:

- Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm
- 100% office based role
- Carparking spaces provided
- Attractive hourly rate of $38/hr + super
- Smart casual attire
- Located in Cheltenham, VIC
- 3 months contract with possibility for extension and permanency

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Reconcile Statements against account holder profiles with accounts software and our internal company system
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Preparation of BAS
- Preparation of Superannuation Reports
- Preparation of Workcover Reports
- Filing
- General accounts and administrative duties
- Respond to problems utilising a high degree of interpersonal skills
- Maintaining clear and accurate records
- Establish and maintain reference lists

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable
- Accounting computer software MYOB Account Right
- Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook desktop)
- Possess a positive and "can-do" attitude, be self-motivated and be able to work alone / unsupervised
