The role is full-time or can be reduced hours for someone looking to work 8:30-3 (e.g. school hours).

Job Description

Reporting to the CFO your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the Accounts payable process
  • Manage the Accounts receivable process
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial queries
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Clear and professional communication abilities
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to support team goals
  • Bubbly personality
