Job Description

As the Exports Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing export operations.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Acting as the primary contact for designated key commercial clients
  • Coordinating end-to-end export processes, from booking to delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
  • Liaising with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders
  • Troubleshooting export-related issues and implementing solutions
  • Supporting the development of export strategies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing export documentation
  • Adhering to security protocols within a customs bonded warehouse
The Successful Applicant

A Successful Export Coordinator Should Have

  • Previous experience in logistics or a related field within the transport and distribution industry
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations and customs requirements
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges
