Collaborative and supportive environment with modern facilities and a clear vision for future expansion.Job DescriptionAs the Exports Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing export operations.Key responsibilities include:Acting as the primary contact for designated key commercial clientsCoordinating end-to-end export processes, from booking to deliveryEnsuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirementsLiaising with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholdersTroubleshooting export-related issues and implementing solutionsSupporting the development of export strategies and proceduresMaintaining accurate records and preparing export documentationAdhering to security protocols within a customs bonded warehouseThe Successful ApplicantA successful Export Coordinator should have:Previous experience in logistics or a related field within the transport and distribution industry.Strong knowledge of export regulations and customs requirements.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software.Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
