The Opportunity
We're currently seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our skilled maintenance team on a full-time, permanent basis.
You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery and electrical systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Electrician you will conduct preventative and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, production lines, and equipment
This Maintenance Electrician will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
The Maintenance Electrician will carry out installations and modifications to plant equipment as needed
The Maintenance Electrician will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure optimal equipment performance
The Maintenance Electrician will maintain compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies
The Maintenance Electrician will complete required documentation and reporting of maintenance activities
About You
Trade qualified Electrician with a current A-Grade Electrical License (VIC)
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferably packaging or FMCG)
Sound knowledge of electrical fault-finding, automation systems, and PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley preferred)
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Flexibility to work rotating Day and Afternoon shifts
