About the role

This full-time Industrial Maintenance Electrician role at AB Group Pty Ltd in Coburg, VIC, is an exciting opportunity to join a leading industrial services provider. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment across the company's industrial Client facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical systems and equipment
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults
  • Carrying out electrical installations, upgrades, and modifications
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical safety standards and regulations
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work undertaken
  • Collaborating with the wider maintenance team to optimise efficiency and productivity

What we're looking for

  • Qualified Electrician with a current Victorian Electrician's Licence
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including PLC, motor control, and power distribution
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
