Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for their large FMCG facility in Melbourne's Southeastern Suburbs.

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for the electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery, equipment, and facility systems. You will play a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Monday - Friday - Night Shift (10pm - 6am)

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals

Your Qualifications:

  • A Grade Electrical Licence
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a food manufacturing or similar environment
  • Familiarity with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
