W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is hiring a _Beverage and Food Supervisor for our WET Deck Pool Bar_. Reporting to the _Director of Beverage and Food_, this integral role will lead and engage a team of fun-loving individuals who share one goal of creating authentic guest experiences. _Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to;_
- Display hands on leadership and lead by example
- Reiterate and identify training needs for brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and luxury service is delivered to all our guests
- Foster a positive and fun culture for the team to improve team relationships and performance
- Communicate effectively with the team so they can perform at their best
- Ensure Talent are working together collaboratively to meet and anticipate guests needs
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
- Maintaining upkeep of outdoor WET Deck facilities
