**Position Overview**:As a Bar Supervisor at Reign, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and elevated operation of our bar. We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a keen eye for detail, and an exceptional personal presentation. If you possess extensive knowledge of wine, champagne, and cocktails, and have the ability to control costs while maintaining an organized and clean environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide unparalleled customer service, creating a refined and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail in all aspects of bar operation, from drink preparation to presentation.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.
- Possess extensive knowledge of wine, champagne, and cocktails to guide and advise guests.
- Ensure the bar area is impeccably organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Take on a leadership role, inspiring and guiding team members to deliver excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a high-end hospitality setting.
- In-depth knowledge of wine, champagne, and cocktails.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on cleanliness and order.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with strong leadership qualities.

**Salary**: From $68,731.00 per year
