About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Systems - Support Analyst on a 12 Month FTC based in Heatherton to support store staff and internal stakeholders in the effective use of retail technologies and processes used in store. The role will involve understanding of how IT is used for facilitation of store outcomes. Knowledge of systems such as Pacsoft, Sterland, Striven and Sympac is desirable but not essential.

What you'll do

Maintain strong customer-focused relationships with store staff

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency at store level through the use of technology

Managing IT system components for Store Relays

Address Customer support requests effectively and within SLA's

Support day-to-day operations in stores around IHG initiatives such as loyalty, promotions etc

Document processes and procedures in a relatable format for end users

Perform IT related tasks for In-Store Projects as required

What you'll bring

Experience in the retail industry

Strong knowledge of store processes and technologies used in store.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

Strong personal organizational skills to problem solve, work effectively under pressure

Attention to detail

A valid Australian driver's license
