Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Retail Application Support Team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive 2nd-level support for our retail systems.

  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes through our Service Desk system.
  • Monitor retail system performance and availability, and rectify any issues.
  • Provide training across the Technology Team on new and existing retail systems.
  • Share knowledge of our retail systems with global Service Desk teams.
  • Maintain and keep up-to-date retail system documentation and procedures.

The role also involves providing non-technical documentation to retail operations teams to assist with the education of retail staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams of IT professionals.
  • Maintenance and administration of Point of Sale systems, with Cegid experience preferred.
  • Maintenance and administration of retail payment systems.
  • Experience with systems-improvement projects including deployment of upgrades or new packaged software solutions.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
