Job Title:

Applications Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Support Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the Applications Support Team in ensuring comprehensive 2nd-level support for our retail systems, working autonomously with flexibility to accommodate regional/global meetings.

  • Collaborate with users, colleagues, and third parties to identify and deliver improvements to our retail systems
  • Lead the Applications Support Team to ensure seamless support for our retail systems
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes through our Service Desk system
  • Maintain and update retail system documentation and procedures
  • Provide non-technical documentation to retail operations teams

Requirements:

  • Experience leading and motivating IT professionals is highly regarded
  • Maintenance and administration of Point of Sale systems (Cegid experience preferred)
  • Maintenance and administration of retail payment systems
  • Systems-improvement projects, including deployment of upgrades or new packaged software solutions
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas in user-friendly language
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer-service orientation
