- Base location: Parramatta ( 4 days in the office and 1 day from home)

**About the role**
Team Leader, Rostering and Customer Service is responsible for the rostering function within the organisation and leading a team of 8 Business Support Officers to keep rosters of our client's schedules in order to create a great experience for our clients and support staff.
We need someone with drive and desire to lead this team in a busy, fast-paced position so that they can continue to inspire and support our clients and Support Workers.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Leading a team of eight high performing Business Support professionals to accomplish customer satisfaction and growth objectives.
- Assisting the team as they schedule Family Support Workers and Disability Support Workers based on their availability, location, and specific skill sets and qualifications that match the requirements of our clients.
- Ensuring high levels of quality compliance with Disability support workers and Family Support Workers who are matched and assigned to provide services to our customers.
- Enforcing the proper matching of support worker skill sets, experience, and certifications to the specific care plans of our clients.
- Filling a significant portion of shifts and ensuring that our clients' service expectations are consistently met.
- Successfully identify process improvement possibilities and lead the team through change and evolving systems.
