Are you an expert in Point of Sale systems? We have the perfect opportunity for a knowledgeable individual to oversee the daily governance of our POS systems.

In this new role, you will be using your expertise to conduct system configurations, equipment functioning, electronic transactions, error corrections, coding of stock and reporting. This is a full-time 12-months contract at either our Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sydney locations.

This exciting role is within our Finance Ops team which delivers a diverse range of financial management services for The Star and will continue to grow with the upcoming multi-million dollar Queens Wharf Project due to launch.

**About your new role**
- Maintain the POS data base by managing the product catalogue and Check SCM Sale file mapping across the group
- Configuration of monthly L&E Marketing Campaigns and Gaming Food & Beverage Offers
- Liaise with business units including our Financial Accounting team to process, reconcile and assist with financial reporting and error correction
- Partner with IT Field Service to assist device software configuration, interface investigation and support Bepoz functionality
- Ensure efficient supervisory coverage of POS operations via POS administration and establishing new cashier requirements for EFTPOS/card processing

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience working with POS systems and computer literate
- Background in finance and hospitality advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised individual with attention to detail and accuracy
