Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain store presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately on the point-of-sale system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a point-of-sale system.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • A genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
