Job Overview:
As a Nurse Program Coordinator, you will take a proactive approach and work through projects with mínimal direction and supervision, while effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role involves ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of programs across the business, with the option to work in the office (2 days a week) and remotely.

Key responsibilities for the role include building and maintaining relationships with internal and external staff, ongoing liaison with line managers and team members, written communication and regular follow-up with patients and healthcare professionals, adverse event reporting management, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves high-quality data entry, word processing, and general administration duties.

Qualifications:

- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Commitment to meeting/exceeding customer expectations with a strong customer service focus
- Keenness to learn and the ability to take on new tasks, updating training regularly within required timeframes
- Ability to work and contribute in a team setting
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate a "can do," flexible, caring approach, and a positive attitude towards work
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available)
