Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part TimeReporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital hands-on role in supporting the Maintenance and leadership teams at our Dry Creek depot.
You'll be the go-to person for a wide range of administrative functions, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to leaders and staffCoordinate meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements with a customer-first approachMaintain and report on data using internal HR and business systemsOversee equipment ordering and supply coordinationSupport day-to-day facility and depot managementAssist in delivering administrative programs and initiativesManage purchasing transactions in line with service agreementsLiaise effectively with internal teams and external vendorsEnsure all tasks are completed with professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detailAbout YouYou'll be a highly organised individual with a strong administrative background and a genuine interest in supporting operational teams.
