Permanent Workshop Administrator

This is a permanent, full-time position that plays a pivotal role in supporting workshop operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing SAP and office-based administrative tasks to support tradespersons and Defence personnel.
The key responsibilities include:
- SAP-based administrative tasks
- Non-technical support to tradespersons and Defence personnel
- Ensuring compliance with Defence regulations and standards

About the Position:
- Performing SAP and office-based administrative tasks
- Assisting with daily workshop operations and accurate documentation of work packages
- Managing inventory records and preparing requisitions
- Supporting planning and scheduling of maintenance activities
- Preparing written work schedules aligned with ADF priorities
- Coordinating site maintenance and subcontractor access
Key Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience in a workshop environment
- Knowledge of workshop flows, Hazchem, and OHS standards
- Proficient in SAP for maintenance and procurement
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
The ideal candidate must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance and be an Australian Citizen.
