Our organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Office Administrator to maintain the smooth daily operations of our office. This part-time role requires the administration of mail services, supplies, fleet coordination, and general support to ensure our office functions effectively.
- Managing mail operations and ordering essential supplies
- Maintaining kitchen areas and coordinating contractor access
- Managing office access cards and supporting document storage
- Coordinating local vehicle servicing with the national fleet team
- Providing administrative support to the Facilities and Procurement team as needed
This role plays a vital part in maintaining the overall efficiency of our office and contributes to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities and RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in office administration, customer service, or facilities support
- A current driver's license
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
