Salary Package: $72,300 (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to ensure the smooth daily running of our Adelaide office.

This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday from 8:30am/9:00am start until 11:30am/12:00pm finish, with a maximum of 15 hours per week.

  • Office Support: Managing mail operations, ordering office supplies, and coordinating fleet services.
  • Facilities Management: Maintaining kitchen areas, managing contractor access, and supporting document storage.
  • Access Control: Issuing and managing office access cards.
  • Vehicle Coordination: Coordinating local vehicle servicing with the national fleet team.
  • Support Services: Providing general support to the Finance & Risk group as needed.

The Finance & Risk group plays a crucial role in ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of our organisation. It oversees budgeting, financial reporting, treasury operations, and strategic financial planning to maintain robust financial health and resource optimisation.
