About the role
The Service Delivery Lead role oversees several functions within the Business Information & Technology Services team that enable delivery of high-quality IT services to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This position is a strategically focused stakeholder and vendor pivot role, requiring that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive our ICT partners to achieve high standards of service. The Service Delivery lead is responsible for establishing policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitors and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive IT service delivery professional who is passionate about delivering great outcomes for their stakeholders. You will be unafraid to challenge the status quo and relentlessly explore continuous improvement opportunities.
