Service Delivery Lead

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing teams, with extensive experience in large-scale support services.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape your career within a collaborative community of colleagues.

In this position, you will work alongside a team within the DCX service line, partnering closely with clients on various engagements.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring client business application systems are maintained and supported, configuring and upgrading applications, and improving functionality and performance.

You will also be responsible for contributing to planning releases and configuration changes, providing input on scalability, and following engagement procedures and policies.

A strong commercial perspective is essential, with awareness of delivery cycle times.

  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services aligned to contractual obligations.
  • Manage application configuration and upgrades.
  • Improve application functionality and performance.
  • Contribute to release planning.
  • Provide input on scalability.
  • Follow engagement procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in leadership roles, managing large-scale IT infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring support teams.
  • Highly proficient in Incident and Problem Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing services aligned to agreed SLAs and OLAs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
