Job Opportunity: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Interim Service Delivery Manager. This 14-month contract will be based remotely in the UK or NL.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective support and delivery processes to meet business requirements.
  • Drive improvements in Change Management processes to ensure a stable IT environment.
  • Champion service and support in projects, fostering a strong understanding of projects impacting the service area.
  • Lead internal and third-party review meetings to discuss performance, improvements, quality, and processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in Service delivery management, including ITIL process development.
  • At least 5 years' experience in managing teams.
