We have recently been appointed by a key client to identify and secure a
**Human Resources Manager** to join their established business operating
**Australia wide** within the
**infrastructure industry**. The business offers a comprehensive range of services across multiple sectors and employs over 200 staff. They own their own plant and machinery and employ all staff permanently including the blue-collar labour force.

You will be responsible for
**managing** the organisation's
**entire HR function**, develop and implement policies, practices and procedures to improve the business and systems. This is an
**autonomous** role and is varied including all aspects - including
**recruitment**,
**onboarding**,
**employee**
**engagement** and initiatives,
**training** and development,
**performance** appraisals, formalising procedures, dealing with
**EBA's & EA's**.

To be successful in this role must be a
**committed individual** who is driven to achieve results within a busy civil contracting business. You will have a
**minimum** of
**5 years'** experience in human resources, ideally within either civil construction, mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, or commercial construction. You will have the ability to take
**initiative** and have confidence and understanding to be able to bring your own procedures and ideas to the business.
