The Role We're looking for an Onboarding Manager who's excited by working with both people and projects, solving complex problems and collaborating across an array of industries and specialties to drive forward a generational product.

What You'll Be Doing Lead the Onboarding Process: Own the customer onboarding journey from kick-off to go-live.
You will ensure a seamless, efficient onboarding experience, meeting all SLAs and metrics, and maintaining constant communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Optimise Execution: In collaboration with the Onboarding Lead and wider customer team, you will work to continuously improve the onboarding process, and improve the speed to live, bringing value to our customers sooner.

Comfortable in meetings and spreadsheets.
Need to be confident in managing both people and data in equal parts.4+ years of experience working in a media agency, digital advertising or traditional media.
You are someone who is passionate about the industry and understands where it is going.
Confidence in communicating with customers both the good and the not-so-good, being able to handle all types of conversations is crucial Analytical skills - understanding, gathering and deriving actionable insights from data for our customers A growth mindset and openness to feedback Passion for solving complex problems and driving impact Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment We believe skills can be developed—so if you bring a unique perspective and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
