**RMIT Online is on the hunt for a Student Success Manager to join our team for parental leave cover.**

As the Student Success Manager, you'll lead a talented and motivated team dedicated to helping over 20,000 online students reach their study outcomes. You'll champion a student-first approach, ensuring that engagement strategies drive exceptional student experiences while also delivering commercial results for the business.

Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders across RMIT Online and RMIT University, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our student success strategies and driving growth.

**What will you be doing?**
- ** Lead and innovate**: Develop and execute a comprehensive student success strategy across our diverse portfolio of 300+ accredited and short courses, using data-driven insights to improve student outcomes.
- ** Stakeholder collaboration**: Build and maintain strong relationships with teams across RMIT Online, RMIT University, and external stakeholders to enhance student experiences and ensure smooth processes.
- ** Strategic leadership**: Contribute to the Senior Leadership Group by driving growth initiatives, setting key metrics, and fostering high levels of staff engagement.
- ** Student-first approach**: Maintain a student-centric focus across all success strategies, ensuring clear communication, personalized support, and targeted resources for students, particularly those at risk.
- ** Team development**: Cultivate a strong, student-centric culture within your team. Ensure all processes are clearly documented, and that team members are well-trained to consistently deliver a high-quality student experience.
- ** Drive impact**: Use innovative technology and learning analytics to personalize student support, helping students navigate their courses, balance study commitments, and achieve their academic goals.

**Your week at a glance**:
You'll spend your time working closely with your direct reports - the Team Leader Student Success and Senior Student Success Advisor, as well as the Customer Success & Growth leadership group, overseeing key initiatives that drive student success. From collaborating with cross-functional teams on new strategies to analysing performance data and leading stand-ups with your team, you'll ensure we're continually delivering a top-notch experience for our students.
