Job Title:

Student Services Officer Team Leader


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead a team of Student Services Officers, responsible for delivering exceptional student experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating onboarding, training, and ongoing development for student services staff, ensuring smooth orientation, enrolment, and graduation processes.

Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of SSOs, overseeing daily operations, maintaining accurate student records, and using feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Additional duties may include coordinating with various teams to uphold compliance and service excellence, responding to student enquiries within 1 working day, and maintaining accurate and timely student record management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in people leadership and management
  • Previous experience in administration or student services, ideally within the education sector
  • Proficiency in student information systems (e.g. RTO Manager, CRM etc.) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
