Are you a **friendly and outgoing** individual with a **passion for customer service**? **New Dimensions Health Club** is looking for a **receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our members and guests We pride ourselves on creating a **welcoming environment**, and we need someone who shares our commitment to **exceptional service**.

**About the Role**

As a **Receptionist**, you will play a vital role in ensuring a **positive experience** for everyone who walks through our doors. From greeting members and handling enquiries to assisting with bookings and memberships, your role will be essential in **supporting our members on their fitness journey**.

We are currently hiring for:
**Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM**
**Monday and Tuesday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM**

This role is **perfect for someone seeking part-time afternoon hours** while being part of a **supportive and energetic** team

**Key Responsibilities**

Greet members and guests with a **warm and friendly demeanour**.
Handle enquiries and provide information about our **services, classes, and facilities**.
Manage **bookings, memberships, and payments** efficiently.
Assist with **daily administrative tasks** to ensure smooth club operations.
Foster a **positive and inclusive atmosphere** for all members and guests.

**What We're Looking For**

Previous experience in a **customer service or receptionist role** is preferred but not required.
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**.
An **energetic, positive attitude** with a passion for **helping others**.
**Strong organisational skills** and the ability to multitask.
Availability for the **afternoon shifts listed above**.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.02 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
