Are you looking for an admin role where no two days are the same?

You must be available to work on the following days:
Monday: 3pm-9:30pm

Tuesday: 3pm-9:30pm

Wednesday: 3pm-9:30pm

Saturday: 7am-11am

We are also looking for someone that can work on short notice to fill in for a team member when unwell or on leave. This means, you can be available on Thursday/Friday when needed.

Your day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to:

- Greeting members/guests
- Answering phone calls and directing messages where appropriate
- Processing new gym members/gym cancellations
- Inputting data to track gym memberships
- Process sales through ClubWorx
- Ordering/maintaining stock levels
- Scanning and maintaining paperwork and documentation
- Readying the gym for opening hours/closing hours
- General cleaning and maintenance of the gym + its facilities

This is a dynamic role for someone who is highly personable, has the ability to multitask, and thrives on connecting with people. You will join a tight-knit team of passionate team members who create a supportive and exciting work environment Training will be provided upon employment.
