We're currently looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist/Sales Assistant to be the face of our gym. If you're someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a social environment, and has a genuine interest in health and fitness, we'd love to meet you.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Receptionist/Sales Associate to join our team at [Gym Name]. As the first point of contact for all members and visitors, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining a professional front-of-house environment, and contributing to membership growth through effective sales and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a welcoming, professional, and efficient reception service to all members and guests
- Conduct facility tours and support the membership sign-up process
- Process payments, bookings, and maintain accurate member records
- Promote and upsell memberships, personal training packages, and current offers
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and communal areas
- Support daily administrative duties and assist with operational tasks as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or sales (fitness or hospitality industry preferred)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive, approachable attitude
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems; experience with CRM or booking software advantageous
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
