Gym Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Gym Receptionist to contribute to our dynamic fitness community.
About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our members and visitors, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Greeting and assisting members and guests with professionalism is paramount to this position.
- Managing membership enquiries, sign-ups and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Designing and delivering exercise programs tailored to individual member needs to enhance their overall gym experience.
- Occasionally instructing group fitness classes as scheduled.
- Maintaining the reception area and gym floor to an exceptionally high standard.
- A Certificate III in Fitness or higher (mandatory) is required for this role.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification WWCC and Police Check are mandatory or willingness to obtain is acceptable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are vital.
