Conduct intake and screening of all matters referred for a family dispute resolution conference to ensure compliance with the commonwealth guidelines.
- Manage a lawyer assisted family dispute resolution conferencing file load.
- Provide general information to conference clients and external legal practitioners in relation to family dispute resolution conference files or the process.
- Schedule family dispute resolution conferences including sending correspondence and calling clients and the conference chairperson to negotiate appointments.

**You will have**:

- You have demonstrated administrative experience and have previously worked to organisational policies and guidelines.
- You can communicate effectively with external stakeholders and clients with complex needs and provide courteous, prompt and professional services.
- You can build and sustain positive relationships with team members and contribute to team planning.
- You ideally have some demonstrated experience and knowledge of legal practices and processes, particularly in relation to lawyer assisted family dispute resolution.
