Event Coordinator Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Event Coordinator to play a vital role in the smooth execution of family dispute resolution conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake and screening process for all matters referred for a family dispute resolution conference, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Oversee the lawyer-assisted family dispute resolution conferencing file load, providing effective coordination and support.
  • Provide general information to clients and external legal practitioners regarding family dispute resolution conference files or processes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated administrative experience and ability to work within organisational policies and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with external stakeholders and clients with complex needs.
  • Able to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and contribute to team planning.
  • Ideal experience and knowledge of legal practices and processes, particularly in relation to lawyer-assisted family dispute resolution.
