We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.Operating from 7:00am to 6:30pm we are seeking a skilled Chef to design, prepare and deliver balanced and nutritional food in our commercial style kitchen to cater for 119 children.As Our New Chef, You WillPlan and prepare daily meals in line with nutrition guidelines and centre requirementsCater to diverse dietary needs with confidence and careMaintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environmentEngage with children and educators to promote healthy eating habitsBuild genuine connections with families and create sense of communityWhat You'll Bring:A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery OR Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalentFood Safety CertificateA current Working with Children CheckStrong understanding of diverse dietary requirements and food sensitivitiesAustralian Working RightsImpeccable personal presentationExperience in menu creation, bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management, and budget controlProven experience in commercial cookingMUST have full availability to work Monday to FridayWhy You'll Love Working With Us:Competitive above-award payUp to 50% off childcare fees for your little ones*A rewards program for referring family and friendsOpportunities to transfer across our network of centresAbout usAt Eden Academy, we're more than a childcare centre—we're a family.
