**About the Role**:
**We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive and adaptable individual to join our Melbourne Head Office as an Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator.**

**This is a pivotal role supporting one of our senior executives while also keeping our Melbourne office humming You'll combine your exceptional administrative skills and people-first approach to managing daily operations, supporting our leadership team and contributing to the vibrant, supportive culture that makes Blue Illusion unique.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and organise/coordinate travel arrangements.**
- **Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Blue Illusion Head Office - including office supplies, event catering, supplier coordination and retail maintenance requests.**
- **Create a welcoming and efficient workplace experience for our team and visitors, ensuring meeting rooms are well-presented, monitor and maintain cleanliness in office common areas, including kitchens.**
- **Organise and support team activities and internal events that contribute to a positive culture.**
- **Support the leadership team with ad-hoc tasks and coordination of office activities as required.**

**What You Bring**:

- **Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced or growing environment.**
- **A natural ability to prioritise, problem-solve and "get things done" with precision and professionalism.**
- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you're someone who connects easily and builds trust across all levels.**
- **A self-starter attitude with a passion for supporting others and driving operational excellence.**
- **Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office**
