**The Role**:
As the Bakery Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations, ensuring the bakery runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership skills will guide the team towards achieving excellence in customer service and product quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including baking, sales, and customer service.
- Managing staff schedules, training, and development.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stock management and ordering supplies.
- Driving sales and meeting targets.
- Maintaining the bakery's cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and quality control.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and early mornings.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
