**Business Manager**

**ARH Wollongong and Greencross Fairy Meadow - Co-located Site: ECC and GP**

**Employment Type**: Part-Time or Full-Time

ARH Wollongong is a leading healthcare facility, serving the Wollongong community with excellence in healthcare services. Our co-located site houses an Emergency Care Center (ECC) and General Practice (GP) clinic, providing comprehensive medical care to our patients. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Hospital Management
- Financial leadership, including P&L responsibilities, budgeting, business case developments and reporting
- Project management and business strategic planning and execution
- Relationship building with our valued referring veterinarians and Building business to business engagement and loyalty
- Marketing and promotional coordination including social media management
- Workplace Health and Safety compliance and governance
- Procurement oversight
- Team Management, Performance Workforce Implementation and workforce planning
- Human Resources - Recruitment, On boarding/Induction, Training & Development oversight.
- Client Relations with our internal and
- Liaising with other hospital managers to ensure appropriate alignment and promotion of the business group to maximise efficiency, profitability and productivity
- Equipment maintenance and management
- Building and Facilities oversight

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Professional personal presentation.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the veterinary industry.
- Ideally, additional management training or qualifications.
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
