Your Key Responsibilities
  • Managing rent arrears, lease renewals, inspections, maintenance coordination, and client communications
  • Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants
  • Issuing breach notices and managing lease negotiations
  • Collaborating with senior managers and support teams for smooth operations

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in property management or leasing, with a current Certificate of Registration
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Proactive, professional attitude and passion for client service
  • Confidence to manage a portfolio and grow within a supportive team
