Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to oversee the transition of our Port Kembla Energy Terminal to operational readiness and commissioning. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, compliance, and safety.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operating and/or commissioning port, gas, energy, or supply developments, as well as extensive experience in managing operating sites, major hazard facilities, and site risk management.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing an Operational Transition Plan, recruitment of key Operations & Maintenance staff, managing the day-to-day operations of all Port Kembla Energy site operations, preparation and management of annual Operations & Maintenance budget, development of annual delivery plans, and management of LNG quality requirements.
