About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our consultancy. This is a senior support role reporting to the Directors, responsible for managing the business functions that enable our project teams to deliver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing financial operations including invoicing, payroll, accounts, and reporting
  • Managing HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
  • Supporting business development through fee proposals, tenders, and networking activities
  • Implementing and maintaining Bellcorp\'s Integrated Management Systems (Quality, WHS, Environmental)
  • Providing executive assistance support to Directors, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Managing office operations and contributing to governance and compliance activities

This role is office-based in Wollongong, and is a full or part time position (minimum 3 days per week).

About You

You are an organised and proactive professional who thrives in a busy consultancy environment. You will ideally bring:

  • 5+ years\' experience in practice, office, or business management
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, management, or related discipline preferred (equivalent professional experience will be considered)
  • Strong financial management and reporting skills (QuickBooks experience desirable)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing HR processes and compliance frameworks
  • Strong MS Office skills and adaptability with new systems
  • A professional, discreet, and collaborative approach
  • Authorisation to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
