**Essential criteria**
- Australian University Qualified Early Childhood Teacher
- Minimum three years experience as a Nominated Supervisor/ Director
- Commitment to comply with _Children (Education and Care Services) National Law (NSW)_
- Knowledge to mentor and embed exceeding practices in every National Quality Standard of the National Quality Framework for Australia
- Working with Children Check clearance
- Nationally approved Child Protection training
- NESA Accreditation at Proficient
- Commitment to support high quality early childhood education in a culturally inclusive and child centred setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Sound understanding of the EYLF V2 and NQS
