**Nominated Supervisor / ECT**

We have an opportunity for an experienced ECT with a passion for pedagogy to join our team. You will be leading and coaching our team in Curriculum and pedagogical practices. We are a purpose-built Early Childhood Education and Care Service with an Exceeding National Quality Standard.

This role would essentially be responsible for leading our large, passionate team of educators.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Performing the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader role to assist in the day to day operations of the service.
- Providing leadership, vision, guidance, and support for our team of educators.
- Ensure children's learning and development are guided by the learning outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework and/or the Framework for School Age Care or other approved learning frameworks.
- Foster warm relationships with children, their families and the local community

**Essential Criteria**:

- Bachelor of Teaching (0-5) or ACECQA approved qualification
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis equivalent to HLTAID004
- Current CHCPRT001 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
- A cleared WWCC for NSW
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF & NQS
- Extensive curriculum and planning experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
