Childcare Director/ Nominated Supervisor

Little Endeavours is growing, and we are looking for our next star We are an amazing team of educators looking for a Childcare Director/ Nominated Supervisor (ECT preferred) to join our team Our brand new centre is a 50 place, family owned long day care that prides itself on its excellent relationships with families and staff. We are looking for a committed, passionate and enthusiastic leader to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the centre and ensure compliance with childcare regulations at all times
  • Maintaining the high quality of the service in line with the NQF and EYLF
  • Lead a team of amazing educators
  • Administrative duties including but not limited to emails, accounts and enrolments
  • Maintaining family relationships.

The person we are looking for will have:

  • Extensive experience in a Director role, minimum 3+ years experience
  • Must have excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
  • Hold a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching
  • Hold current WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Have excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQS
  • Experience with OWNA (preferred)
