Digital Market and Social Media coordinator for one of Australia's top specialty and sustainable coffee companies.

Dukes Coffee Roasters is one of Australia's premiere coffee brands, specializing in sourcing, roasting and brewing the very best organic, sustainable coffees in the world with unmatched precision and craftsmanship.

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team based out of our Head Office and Roastery in Richmond, Victoria. This is a permanent part-time position.

This role involves working collaboratively with our Product, Sales and Sourcing teams to create new content and manage existing social and marketing assets across the Dukes family of brands, to communicate our products, values and mission.

Role Responsibilities:

- Managing our social media channels and social content
- Writing copy and campaigns for EDMs
- Managing the Dukes website and SEO
- Writing and updating public-facing materials and product information
- Managing e-commerce store and promotions
- Working with and managing relationships with our creative partners (photography, web, graphic design)
- Take complete ownership of the role to adapt and grow with the business
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing or copywriting role
- Experience working in a small team environment
- A genuine passion for coffee, sustainability and organic agriculture
- Creative, energetic and daring approach to solving problems and generating new ideas
- Impeccable spoken and written communication and organisational skills
- Drive, self-motivated and able to manage their own time
