This role will be based at both PARKROYAL Darling Harbour and PARKROYAL Parramatta; which are both conveniently located to public transport.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, NSW, this role will form an integral part of the team.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will have a positive attitude, be a fantastic communicator, and a natural team player who has the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

**The Role**:

- Support the Marketing team in the coordination and implementation of hotel marketing campaigns
- Coordinate the social media channels by creating, planning and scheduling content that maximises engagement and aligns with the hotels brand personality and business strategy
- Produce and coordinate content for digital communication channels, website, ecommerce and EDM
- Monitor, maintain and update content on our hotel websites using our CMS Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress
- Assist with all eDM campaigns and planning content across social media platforms, digital, print and collateral as per brand guidelines

**Ideally you will have**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years Digital Marketing experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Marketing, communications, digital and/or PR experience in tourism preferred but not essential
- A degree in marketing, communications or similar
- A genuine passion for tourism and hospitality
- Experience with social media scheduling tools and CMS platforms (WordPress)
- Exposure to developing digital marketing campaigns utilising paid search, SEO, Google analytics, and PPC a benefit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $62,000.00 per year
