Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a glue role. The ideal candidate will have experience across all online tools (website, email, socials, multimedia), be someone who wants to work for an awesome fashion brand based in the Northern Beaches with an awesome team, AND has a can-do attitude and be happy to do tasks across a range of channels to help grow the business. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads, and will work closely with the buying and brand team to execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and website.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement to optimize campaigns and improve performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement email marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update website content, including landing pages and blog posts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including Above the Line, video/ post-production, and other.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
  • Experience with marketing platforms like Klavyio, Shopify, Website Analytics, Social Media Platforms, and video programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
