Join the Statewide Network Operations (SNO) Branch, an innovative division dedicated to optimizing road operations for safe and efficient transportation. As a newly established branch under the Infrastructure Management and Delivery Division, we're committed to enhancing the road network to facilitate seamless movement of people and goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Project Support Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-level administrative support to project managers and team members.
- Assisting in financial approval documentation, contract administration, and procurement activities.
- Ensuring accurate compilation, tracking, and recording of infrastructure project documentation.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain operational standards and compliance with policies and legislation.

**Mandatory Qualifications and Conditions**:

- Current holder of a "C" class driver's license.
- Required to undergo employment screening, including a criminal history check, as part of the selection process.

**Requirements of the Role**: To excel in this position, you should demonstrate:

- Basic knowledge of procurement, with experience in infrastructure finance being desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to embrace innovation and make ethical decisions aligned with program objectives.
- Accountability for executing tasks with professionalism, persistence, and transparency.
