Job Description:
We are seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of AO3 Customer Service Officer. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide accurate and timely information while handling client interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the organisation across multiple channels, providing accurate information and assisting clients with enquiries.
- Maintain and update accurate client records and documentation.
- Contribute to achieving service level agreements and organisational targets.
- Promote an ethical, safe and supportive workplace culture focused on health, safety and wellbeing.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of products, services and operational procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, resolve conflict and solve problems.
- Tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
