This role is all about precision, safety, and teamwork.
You'll be a key player in our underground mining crew, helping us hit production targets and keep things running smoothly.Your day-to-day will include:Installing ground support per the Ground Control Management PlanBoring development excavation profiles to specInstalling and maintaining underground servicesSupporting charge-up and other development tasksCommunicating across shifts and ensuring high-quality workLeading by example in safety and environmental awarenessYou'll report to the Mining Shift Supervisorand work closely with a range of stakeholders including the Underground Mine Foreman, Superintendent, Technical Services, and Surveyors.About youYou're experienced, safety-focused, and mechanically savvy.
You know your way around underground mining and thrive in a team environment.What you'll bring:Minimum 7 years' underground mining experienceStrong knowledge of mine services and safe work proceduresSolid communication and observation skillsFamiliarity with JSA systemsMechanical aptitudeSupervisory experience (a bonus)At Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation is in our DNA.
